How to Order
To order from our shop, please follow the following directions:
1.) Save an image of the product you like to buy from our website.
2.) Contact and chat with Heidi from Wechat, Whatsapp or Email and send product screenshot.
3.) Provide the following shipping information:
- Method of Payment (Paypal Family Friends, Western Union, Transferwise
4.) When information is provided to Heidi, we give payment information. When paid, please contact Heidi to let she know when paid.
5.) Heidi order from factory and when item arrive at office, we have pre-shipment pictures (PSP) same day.
6.) Review PSP, check address and approve shipment. Wait for shipment tracking or message. Thank you for ordering!
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: What happens when customs size items?
A: We do our best to coordinate with you if customs need more information. However, if China customs stop item, we reship for free. If outside China, we are sorry, we cannot reship and item will be considered lost.
- Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: For jewelry, we can only use e-packet unless ship with another big items like bag. Typical shipment use DHL and EMS depending which country to send.
- Q: How long will I receive PSP?
A: Different factory have different times. If I stock item in my office, I make PSP within same day of payment or 1 day after. Please check with Heidi if item is stock or not. If item is need PRE-ORDER, please expect longer wait time if item need to be complete. Thank you for patience.
- Q: Can I return / exchange my items?
A: If PSP show damage or defect, I will request exchange from factory. However, once item is shipped, please understand that we cannot easily accept return. If you receive wrong item, please contact Heidi as soon as possible. Do not remove item packaging.
- Q: How do I know that you are not just getting my money?
A: We are a trusted seller of products. If we cannot buy the item for you, we let you know and provide refund if cannot wait.
